Why Copilot alone does not know SAP.
Microsoft 365 Copilot is strong in everything that lives in Microsoft 365. SAP documents do not live there. Ask Copilot about a purchase order and at best you get an email about it - not the order. Bridge closes exactly that gap: a curated SAP catalogue as an agent in your Copilot that runs only approved, tested functions.
For users with a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence, Microsoft includes the use of internal Copilot Studio agents in the licence. Without one, Bridge runs on Copilot Studio capacity - we calculate both in the readiness check.
No platform of our own. On purpose.
Other vendors place a platform of their own into your landscape for the same job - with its own gateway, its own cloud, its own contract. Bridge uses the agent platform you already pay for. Copilot Studio is the orchestration, your connectors are the tools. One gate fewer to secure, audit and eventually close.
Model choice sits in your Copilot - including other providers and your own models. Bridge licenses no model separately.

Common questions
Do we need Copilot Studio ourselves?
No. Bridge brings the agent; it is deployed in your tenant. One administrator with Copilot Studio access is enough for installation and support.
Can Copilot then write to SAP?
No. Bridge reads. Write operations are excluded and come only on request, with preview and approval.
What does Copilot for SAP cost at Microsoft on top?
For licensed Copilot users, according to Microsoft, nothing for the agent itself. Everything else we show against your licensing - the list of what is not included is part of every offer.
Does it work with classic ECC?
Yes. ECC and S/4HANA, on-premise, private cloud or RISE.
