Weeks to value. Not quarters.

Buying Bridge is deliberately simple: a live demo, a short readiness check, a fixed-price pilot, then a subscription that grows with you. Here is the whole path - including what needs to be in place on your side.

The path

Four steps from first look to rollout.

Annual subscription

Prerequisites

What needs to be in place.

No surprises halfway through: these are the things we check together in step two. Most enterprises already have them.

Commercial

  • Every rollout starts with a fixed-scope ramp-up package - setup, connectivity, governance baseline and enablement.
  • Licences are per named user, in two tiers: Standard for everyday questions and lookups, Power for analytics and heavier use - plus an Enterprise plan for central governance, SSO and SLA.
  • Minimum of 25 named users for a production subscription.
  • Annual subscription is the standard; monthly billing is available.
  • The pilot is a fixed-price package - one process, a clear scope, a defined end.
  • Pricing is shared in the demo, tailored to your user count and tiers.

Technical

  • SAP ECC or S/4HANA with the relevant standard services (APIs) enabled for the processes you want to cover.
  • Base connectivity between Bridge and SAP - via SAP Business Connector or SAP BTP.
  • A Microsoft 365 tenant with Microsoft Teams; Bridge is delivered through Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Permissions set up on both sides - in Microsoft and in SAP. Every SAP access runs through the user’s own SAP account: Bridge respects your authorizations and never widens them.
  • No modification of your SAP core, no parallel data copy - Bridge reads through the standard.

How pricing works

A ramp-up. Then per user. That's it.

Every rollout starts with a fixed-scope ramp-up package - setup, SAP connectivity, governance baseline and user enablement. From there, Bridge is a subscription priced per named user, by user type:

Standard User

For everyday use: questions, lookups and standard process answers across your connected SAP processes.

Per user / month

Power User

For heavy use: analytics, multi-step tasks and higher usage limits - built for buyers, controllers and process owners.

Per user / month

Enterprise

For central steering: governance and administration, SSO, integration packages, SLA and reporting across the organization.

Custom

Concrete prices are shared in the demo - tailored to your user mix, processes and rollout scope.

Per named user

The licence is the unit. You know your cost the day you sign - user count times tier, per month.

Included usage

Every tier includes a monthly allowance of requests. Standard covers everyday use; Power covers analytics and heavy use.

Fair overage

If a month runs hot, additional usage is booked in transparent packages - never a hard cutoff mid-work, never an invoice you didn't see coming.
