2. Data minimisation, no cookies
This is a static website. It sets no consent-requiring cookies and uses no comparable technologies, so no consent under Section 25 TDDDG is required - which is why there is no cookie banner. Fonts are self-hosted; no third-party content is loaded when you view these pages.
3. Hosting
The website is hosted by a provider with server locations in the European Union (Hetzner). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in secure and efficient operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
4. Server log files
When pages are accessed, technically necessary data is processed in server log files (including a shortened IP address, date and time, the page accessed and browser type). This serves delivery, stability and security (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data is deleted after a short period.
5. Contacting us and booking a demo
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). If you book a demo, the booking is handled by Microsoft Bookings, a Microsoft 365 service operated within our Microsoft environment; the booking page opens only when you actively follow the booking link, and Microsoft's privacy terms apply there in addition.
