How it goes today.

You need one fact from SAP. You do not know the transaction, or you cannot see that screen. So you ping the key user, who is in a meeting. Or you export to Excel. Or you park the task. The answer lands hours later, sometimes the next day, usually as a screenshot.

Your job, what gets in the way, and what changes.

Your job

  • Understand an order, invoice or delivery without asking anyone
  • Keep moving instead of waiting
  • Break nothing, see nothing you should not

What gets in the way

  • Unknown transaction, searching, asking, waiting
  • Context switching and parked tasks
  • Fear of changing something in SAP

What changes with Bridge

  • Your question in your words, the answer in seconds, in Teams
  • Follow-ups in the same chat
  • Read-only, inside your own SAP permissions

A conversation, not a search.

What is Müller currently delivering to us?
Three open purchase orders, 42,300 euros, two line items due this week. Table attached.
Which of those are overdue?
One line item on order 4500012, 400 units, due since 3 October.
Why is the invoice for that order blocked?
Price variance: 12.80 euros invoiced against 11.90 euros ordered, above tolerance. Line item 10 is affected.
Show me the supplier's pricing terms.
That information is outside your SAP permissions. Your head of procurement can see it.

That last answer is the point: Bridge shows only what you could see in SAP yourself. Sample values from a demo system.

Frequently asked questions

Can I break anything?

No. Bridge reads. It never offers an action. Creating, changing and approving stay in SAP, with the people who are allowed to do them.

Why not just ask the key user?

Because they are not always around, and every question pulls them off their own work. Keep them for the hard cases. Bridge takes the everyday ones, with source and document attached.

Do I have to learn a new tool?

No. You type in Microsoft Teams the way you would message a colleague. Most people ask their first question inside a minute.
